‘Fed Uup With Death’ est en fait un très vieux morceau, à l’origine intitulé ‘Silent Winters’ et joué à un tempo C’est Nikolu Jorio qui a eu l’idée de le ralentir, ce que nous fîmes (avec l’aide d’un merveilleux synthétiseur Juno, une après-midi de septembre à Paris. C’est Nikolu qui a également suggéré cette partie vocale très différente e la version originelle. Parfois, il faut des années avant qu’un morceau ne trouve sa forme définitive, et celui-ci doit beaucoup à Nikolu ainsi qu’à Etienne Bonhomme, dont le mix a mis en relief certaines lignes de l’architecture du morceau, et à Stephan Mathieu.

'Fed up With Death’ is actually a very old song of mine that used to be called 'Silent Winters’ and played much faster. When I started reworking on it with him, Nikolu Jorio suggested to slow it down, what we did (with the help of a beautiful Juno synth, on an Fall afternoon in Paris). Nikolu also suggested a totally different vocal part. Sometimes it takes a while before a song finds its final shape, and this one is very much indebted Nikolu for that. And Etienne Bonhomme as well, whose mix gave this song its final architecture, and Stephan Mathieu.
